We are currently hiring 5 reliable, hardworking, and motivated candidates to join our field operations team as Handyman Helpers / Maintenance Technicians.
This is a hands-on field position assisting experienced technicians with commercial maintenance, restoration, repairs, cleaning, and general handyman projects.
We are looking for candidates who are dependable, willing to learn, comfortable working in different environments, and interested in developing long-term skills within the maintenance and construction industry.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist technicians with general handyman and commercial maintenance work
Assist with painting and surface preparation
Perform basic drywall repairs
Replace ceiling tiles
Assist with doors, hardware, and minor building repairs
Assist with water damage restoration and drying projects
Assist with commercial cleaning and property maintenance
Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
Prepare and protect work areas before starting projects
Set up and remove restoration and drying equipment
Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
Maintain company tools and equipment
Follow supervisor instructions and company safety procedures
Travel to customer locations as assigned
Assist with additional field services as needed

Ability to lift and carry tools, materials, and equipment
Comfortable working on ladders and active jobsites
Reliable transportation
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver's license preferred
Basic handyman, construction, maintenance, painting, drywall, cleaning, or restoration experience preferred but not required
Availability for occasional evenings, after-hours work, emergency projects, or weekends when needed
Compensation
Starting Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience, demonstrated skills, reliability, and ability to perform assigned work.
Candidates with previous experience in handyman services, commercial maintenance, construction, restoration, painting, drywall, doors, or general repairs may qualify for a higher starting rate.
No Experience?
Previous experience is preferred but not required for every position.
